Booking Information

Booking Information

The Presteigne Festival uses a simple system of ticket types.

Premium tickets are available only for events at St Andrew’s Church, Presteigne; they are numbered and afford excellent views of the stage. Sightlines in other areas are marginally less good.

Student tickets are available to individuals over the age of 10 and in full-time education (including university). Student concessions are available in both Premium and other areas for all events.

The Presteigne Festival reserves the right to insist on the wearing of face-coverings inside Festival venues, should temporary Welsh or UK Government legislation dictate.

Tickets for events taking place in Bleddfa, Discoed and Leintwardine must be purchased in advance. We strongly advise advance online booking for all events.

Ticket Collection

Tickets will be held at the Festival Box Office and can be collected during normal opening hours (see above). If, for any reason, you are not able to collect tickets prior to the first event you attend, please telephone the Box Office where our team will be able to help. If you prefer to receive tickets by post, please request at the time of booking.

Payment

Major credit and debit cards (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) are accepted. Cheques should be made payable to Presteigne Festival Limited. We regret that refunds cannot be made, unless temporary Welsh or UK Government health legislation enforces cancellation.

Access

All our venues have wheelchair access. Please notify the Box Office if you require a wheelchair space or have other specific access or seating needs.

Large print versions of the Festival Brochure are available from the Box Office upon request. There is an induction hearing loop at St Andrew’s Church, Presteigne, but not at other venues.

We offer free companion tickets to registered disabled customers, please call the Box Office on 01544 267800 or email bookings@presteignefestival.com. Please note, it is not possible to book companion tickets online.

Festival Bus

A Festival Bus is available to transport patrons from Presteigne (Recycling site car park, opposite Presteigne Memorial Hall) to selected events taking place outside of town.

Departure times are given as part of event information; return journeys depart approximately 15 minutes after the end of an event. Tickets MUST be booked in advance, preferably at the time of event booking. The return fare for each journey is £10.

Please use this service and help us to become a more sustainable organisation. Seats will be reserved for bus users at destination venues.
